Questions?
We've got clarity.
Below are answers to the most common questions about our assessment, process, and programs.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our assessment is a comprehensive dive into the composition of you as a golfer. We want to see how you swing, how you move, what doesn't move--but should, what moves too much--and shouldn't, how explosive you are... everything.

We check everything from ankles to neck, swing and power, and put it all together to form a picture of where we are and where we need to go. After that we gameplan immediate steps and how to get better.
The assessment generally takes an hour. Sometimes it's fractionally longer and sometimes fractionally shorter, but generally right on the button. We have a lot we want to see, but we also want to get you moving about your day.
No, just someone who wants to get better. If you're willing to work, we are excited to help.
After we gather all the data, we send you a follow-up document highlighting things we think need addressing (and those you do super well!), then we schedule out our plan. We generally want to see 8-weeks of dedicated work (change doesn't happen overnight) and then we usually retest to make sure we're headed in the right direction.

But effectively, it's assess, plan, execute, retest, as a system.
Absolutely! All ages and skill levels are welcome. That said, we generally focus on dedicated golfers who want to really pursue getting better. We love teaching beginnings to beginners, but once a player is really ready to grow and compete, that's largely where our process is valuable.

For weightlifting, we think learning the basics of movement should happen around 8-10 years old, and then getting more serious about weights should happen in that 10-12+ range.
No... and yes. We are teaching the game, but doing it in our unique way. Every good golf lesson (in our opinion) should have a warmup, some practice, and also at least an element of exercise. What we really want to do is change the body to change the swing, therefore we use fitness and equipment to help us feel better stretches or moves.

While learning the swing is still learning the swing, we are focused on training the body to do what we want it to do, thereby making it stronger, faster, and more injury resistant than before.
Yes! We actually do a lot of both. Our clientele and professional athletes are always on the road, so we have figured out how to best help, by necessity.

We have our own app, through which we deliver our fitness programs, and we use FaceTime or various methods to work on swings and golf games from afar.
Without question. In fact, we think our assessment is a valuable tool in their tool-belt. It gives insight into how you move, or what you can or can't do (yet) in the swing. A good coach should take this information and coach you better with it.

You also leave us with homework exercises to increase mobility and strength, which should make every swing coach in the world happy.
Whatever we use, it's because we deem it to be the best way to capture data for our purposes. This includes GC Quads from Foresight, Sportsbox.ai, max vertical and velocity testing equipment, video, yoga blocks, goniometers and others.
We are currently priced at 175/session. This includes homework, follow-up papers, and everything we can think of to help you get better.

In an effort for simplicity and straightforwardness, we charge only for sessions (we don't like memberships or packages that put pressure on you to use them by a specific date), but, if we write you programming on a monthly basis without seeing you, we do charge 175/month for the constant communication we keep and program management.
The best way is to reach out to us and ask. We always want to talk on the phone first to make sure we're a good fit, that we know what injuries you may or may not have, and that we have a clear goal in mind as we head into this relationship. But really, just ask and we'll try and get you in!
